How to enter Edition 001001 → Edition 001 is the first asset in the Bitcoin Palace portfolio. The brand is international: editions 002 and 003 are announced from it, and the community and the data connect the places.

Your land can be the first asset of a global brand.
Demand comes before land. Dormant Matrix has identified a global community that shares a way of living; Edition 001 chooses the place for it. Making it real requires a suitable site, local knowledge, development capability and capital: we are looking for partners to bring those four contributions together.
Requests received in this phase inform the definition of the Edition 001 programme. Each resident request joins the demand map we share, in aggregate, with those who contribute land and capital.

How is Bitcoin Palace connected to Bitcoin?
Bitcoin is the cultural origin of the brand and of its criteria for design and living: scarcity, personal sovereignty, privacy and a long-term outlook. That culture is a way of living shared across countries, and Bitcoin Palace is the native brand that gathers it. Bitcoin Palace is a real-estate proposal: its value rests on the property, the place and the life it makes probable, independently of the price of Bitcoin. This site is information about the project; the offer and its terms belong to a later phase.
Where will Edition 001 be, and when will it be ready to live in?
Edition 001 is in site selection and in conversations with partners. The city, the residential programme and the timeline are defined from the land and from the project’s feasibility. The site is announced on this website once the decision is made.
What do I acquire when I buy a residence?
A private home within a development conceived with shared spaces and a Living System. The purchase rests on the property: the residence, its rights over common areas and the terms of use of the services. Square metres, number of units, prices, legal structure and applicable taxation are specified for Edition 001 once the land is decided.
Will it be possible to reserve and pay in Bitcoin?
We intend to offer reservation in Bitcoin through an institutional gateway, alongside a fiat option. The specific terms (amount, gateway, moment of conversion, jurisdiction) are defined with Edition 001. Today the form records your reservation preference to prepare that conversation. Your preference is indicative and you can change it at any time.
What is the Living System and who runs it?
Spaces, people and technology conceived together with the building to support life in the place after the keys are handed over. It is the third element of every residence, alongside the private home and the shared spaces. For Edition 001 those responsible for operations, the services, their funding and recurring costs are defined as part of the project’s feasibility.
Who is behind Bitcoin Palace?
Dormant Palaces, the Dubai-based house that created the Living System Real Estate category; Bitcoin Palace is its first brand. The house brings demand intelligence, the native brand, product strategy and the Living System; land, development and capital partners bring the rest of each edition. Is there an open investment with defined terms?
We are opening conversations about Edition 001 and about possible partnerships with Dormant Palaces. Capital requirements, structure and financial terms are studied for a specific site and its feasibility. The terms of any future round are communicated once defined. The first step is a conversation about the role you have in mind, your horizon and your approach.
How is a site assessed?
Dormant Matrix crosses the demand of the Bitcoin community with destination, land, price, regulation and connectivity, and looks for sites with scale, identity and the capacity to attract that international audience. In practice there are three steps: understand the proposal (place, counterpart, contribution), study feasibility (planning, demand, product, costs, future operation) and define the partnership (roles, resources, decisions, milestones). City, approximate area and planning status are enough to start. Every site is treated with confidentiality from the first message.
Does a residence give access to other Bitcoin Palace editions?
The brand is international: each edition is an asset and the community connects the places. Current work focuses on Edition 001, the first asset in the portfolio, which sets the scale for those that follow. Future destinations, access between editions and any membership are defined as the series advances.
What happens to my data?
We collect only what you write in the form. It reaches a Bitcoin Palace mailbox with restricted access, over HTTPS. Your data is used to read your enquiry, assess the fit and reply to you; for future residents, country and reservation preference are added, in aggregate and anonymously, to the Edition 001 demand map. A member of the team reads every request and writes to you from access@bitcoinpalace.io. You can request a copy, correction or deletion at any time at legal@dormantmatrix.com.
